პროდუქციის გადაცვლის, ან უკან დაბრუნების პირობები

·    გთხოვთ, გაითვალისწინოთ, რომ ვიზუალური დეფექტი აღმოჩენილ უნდა იქნას კურიერის თანდასწრებით;

·    პროდუქცია ექვემდებარება გაცვლას იმ შემთხვევაში თუ:  პროდუქციას გააჩნია ქარხნული წუნი (რომელშიც არ იგულხმება მექანიკური დაზიანება).

·    მომარაგების ჯგუფი დეტალურად ამოწმებს ყველა პროდუქტს გამოგზავნამდე და ასევე ათანხმებს მის მახასიათებლებს თქვენთან, ასე რომ ნებისმიერი ვიზუალური დეფექტი ან/და ტექნიკურ მახასიათებლებთან შეუსაბამობა ფაქტიურად გამორიცხულია. თუ კი ნივთს აღენიშნება ვიზუალური დაზიანება ეს მხოლოდ და მხოლოდ გარეშე გადამზიდი,საკურიერო კომპანიის დაუდევრობით არის წარმოქმნილი, ამიტომ თუ კი საკურიერო კომპნაიის წარმომადგენლის მხრიდან ადგილიდანვე არ მოხდება ჩვენთან დაკავშირება, ხარვეზის არსებობის შეტყობინების მიზნით,  მომხმარებლის მხრიდან მოთხოვნილი გადაცვლა არ დაკმაყოფილდება.

·    ასევე გთხოვთ, გაითვალისწინოთ, რომ კურიერი არ არის პასუხისმგებელი ნივთის აწყობაზე. თუ პროდუქტის შემოწმებისთვის საჭიროა ნივთის აწყობა, ამას აკეთებს თავად მომხმარებელი (ყველა პროდუქტს მოყვება დეტალური ანოტაცია/ინსტრუქცია და შეძენამდე ასევე შეგიძლიათ დეტალური ინფორმაცია მიიღოთ ჩვენი წარმომადგენლისგან (0322) 05 1331)

• შემოსული და დადასტურებული შეკვეთა, ან განვადება არ ექვემდებარება გაუქმებას; შესაძლებელია გადაცვლა ანალოგიური კატეგორიის პროდუქციაში, ქარხნული დეფექტის, ან ხარვეზის აღმოჩენის შემთხვევაში, რაც აუცილებელია, რომ აღმოჩენილ იყოს შესაბამისი საგარანტიო პირობების მიხედვით.
• წინასწარ დაფიქსირებული შეკვეთის გაუქმების შემთხვევაში, წინასწარ გადახდილი თანხა ბეს სახით, უკან არ გიბრუნდებათ. 
• პროდუქციის გადაცვლა შესაძლებელია შეძენიდან მაქსიმუმ 24 საათის ვადაში (ქარხნული წუნის აღმოჩენის შემთხვევაში). ჩვენს მაღზიაში წარმოდგენილ ტექნიკის ყველა პროდუქტზე ვრცელდება მწარმოებლის ოფიციალური გარანტია, 6 თვიდან 5 წლამდე ვადით, მოდელების მიხედვით.

·    ტელეფონით მიღებულ და დადასტურებულ შეკვეთას თანაბარი იურიდიული ძალა აქვს, როგორც ინტერნეტით ვებ. გვერდიდან ან სხვა წერილობითი ფორმით მიღებულ შეკვეთას. 

·    გთხოვთ გაითვალისწინოთ, რომ თითოეული თქვენს მიერ დაფიქსირებული შეკვეთის მომარაგებასა და მოწოდებაზე იხარჯება ადამიანური და ფიზიკური რესურსები, ამიტომ კარგად დაფიქრდით და ისე განათავსეთ შეკვეთა, რომ არ ქონდეს ადგილი "გადავიფიქრე" სტატუსს. 




Conditions for exchange or return of products

· The supply team inspects every product in detail before dispatch and also agrees its specifications with costumer, so any visual defects and/or non-conformity with technical specifications are impossible. If the item has visual damage, it is caused solely by the negligence of the courier company, therefore, if the representative of the courier company does not contact us on the spot, in order to notify the existence of the defect, the replacement requested by the customer will not be granted.

· Please also note that the courier is not responsible for the assembly of the item. If it is necessary to assemble the item to check the product, it is done by the customer himself (all products come with detailed annotation/instructions and you can also get detailed information from our representative before purchase (0322) 05 1331)

The received and confirmed order or installment is not subject to cancellation; It is possible to exchange for a product of a similar category, in case of a factory defect or defect, which is necessary to be found according to the relevant warranty conditions.

In case of cancellation of the pre-fixed order, the pre-paid amount will not be returned to you.

Products can be exchanged within a maximum of 24 hours after purchase (if a factory defect is found). All hardware products presented in our store are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty for a period of 6 months to 5 years, depending on the model.

· An order received and confirmed over the phone has the same legal force as an online order. to an order received from the page or in another written form.

· Please keep in mind that human and physical resources are spent on sourcing and delivering each order you place, so think carefully and place the order in such a way that there is no room for a "change my mind" status.
